ALL EMERGENCY SESSIONS, ALL SESSIONS BOOKED 2 HOURS OR LESS BEFORE SESSION START TIME, ALL DONATIONS, AND ALL LIVE READINGS ARE NONREFUNDABLE

Should the buyer(s) of any service(s) fail to be present to the appointment(s) or should the buyer(s) of any service(s) cancel their appointment(s) less than 2 hours before said appointment(s) is/are to take place, the price of the appointment(s) becomes nonrefundable.

Should the buyer(s) of any service(s) need to reschedule their appointment(s) or should the buyer(s) request a refund, the buyer(s) must email madamshado@gmail.com to request a refund or to cancel or reschedule their appointment(s) at least 2 hours prior to said appointment(s) is/are to take place.​

Discretionary power regarding the granting or denial of a request for a complete or partial refund will be utilized on all requests for refunds that are sent:

• Less than two hours prior to the set start time of an appointment 

• 5 minutes or more after the start time of an appointment with a duration of 20 minutes or less

• 15 minutes or more after the start time of an appointment with a duration of 25 minutes or more

• Any time after the set end time of an appointment

Purchasing a donation has no affect on the certainty of your question being answered on live, does not book an appointment, and does not act as a down payment to the purchasing of a session or reading.

You are not allowed to use donations to ask any questions. Any and all questions attached to donations will be disregarded.
